This page explains how to request deletion of your SPP Switch app account and the personal information associated with it. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Who this applies to

SPP Switch is our ordering and account-management app for Southern Plumbing trade-account customers. App accounts are set up and managed by your organisation’s nominated administrator — the app does not offer public sign-up. This page covers deletion of the personal information we hold for your app account.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your SPP Switch account and associated personal data in either of these ways:

  • Ask your organisation’s administrator to remove your access in the app. This deletes your app user profile and associated sign-in identity.
  • Contact us directly. Email [email protected] or phone 02 6143 2680 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm), with the subject “Delete my SPP Switch account” and the email address you use to sign in.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and confirm once it is complete — generally within 30 days.

What we delete

On request we delete or de-identify the personal information held in the app for your account, including your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, saved lists, and your sign-in identity.

What we may retain

We are required to keep certain business records — including order, invoice, payment and taxation records — to meet our legal and tax obligations. These records may be retained for up to 7 years. Where we cannot delete information for these reasons, we restrict its use to those legal purposes only, and it is no longer used to provide you the app.
