Hotflo Electric Tanks $40 Digital Rewards - Terms Conditions

  1. The promoter of the Digital Rewards Program is Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd, of 100 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough, VIC 3173 (“VIC ABN 74 005 138 769”).
  2. By making a claim for a digital reward under Rinnai’s “Digital Rewards Program”, the claimant agrees with these terms and conditions.
  3. This offer is available to Rinnai account customers only.
  4. The total value of the digital reward offer is $40.
  5. Customers are eligible for this promotion by purchasing selected Rinnai Hotflo Electric Storage Tank 250L or 315L only.
  6. The Digital Rewards Offer (“Offer”) is available to all Australian residents, who are not retailers or re-sellers of Rinnai’s products, or the employees and family members of such retailers or re-sellers of Rinnai’s products.
  7. Rinnai reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product is returned to the point of sale.
  8. Each claim can only be lodged by an individual consumer for a single participating product. The Claimant may submit up to three (3) Claims per installation address, provided that each Claim corresponds to a purchase of a Participating Product. Maximum of three (3) Claims per installation address.
  9. All claims must comply with the requirements of these terms and conditions and are subject to verification by Rinnai. Rinnai reserves the right to reject any Claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions. Illegible, incorrect, incomplete or indecipherable Claims will be deemed invalid.
  10. This offer commences at 9:00am 1st November and end at 5.30pm on the 30th of November or whilst stocks last.
  11. The participating retailers of this promotion are: Coles, JB Hi-Fi, Caltex Service Stations, Rebel Sport, Good Food, Apple iTunes, Dan Murphys.
  12. The offer excludes any other product that was not specified in condition 4 above.
  13. Consumers are directed to www.rinnairewards.com.au to enter their claim details and will be prompted to upload all relevant and approved documentation including a tax invoice of their purchase.
  14. The claim will be validated within 5 business days of being received online. Once validated, they will be sent an email (to the email address provided at the time of making their claim) within 10 business days of being deemed valid for the offer to redeem their voucher. This email will contain a unique reward code and instructions on how to redeem their choice of eGift Card via rinnairewards.com.au. Unique codes must be redeemed within 1 month of the email date. Rinnai and Edge Loyalty are not accountable for undeliverable emails due to: incorrect email addresses supplied by claimants, email addresses that bounce back, or if the email is filtered to spam by the mailbox provider. Unique codes can be resent, however the original expiry will remain. Failure to redeem the unique code within 1 month will result in a forfeit of the prize. Once a unique code is redeemed, please refer to the digital retailer voucher for expiry. Digital gift voucher expiries differ per retailer.
  15. To be eligible to make a Claim, the Claimant must:
    1. purchase a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from a participating Dealer.
    2. provide the proof of purchase by mail (being a legible copy of the receipt or tax invoice in the Claimant’s name, showing the product purchased and date of purchase.

    Consumers are given a period of 15 day ("Grace Period") in advance from the promotion end date ("30th November 2017") to submit their claims with the relevant documentation. Claims must be submitted on or before the 15th December 2017. Failure to provide a legible proof of purchase will result in an invalid entry and forfeiture of any right to the Offer. The receipt or tax invoice must clearly specify the Claimant’s name, product purchased, date of purchase, and the store at which the purchase was made during the Purchase Period.

  16. This Offer is not available for any Participating Product sold in conjunction with any other offer by Rinnai including promotions, shop soiled, business associates or friends of staff purchases or factory seconds.
  17. Rinnai reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer in the event that the Offer is being interfered with in any way, or if the Offer is not capable of running as planned, or any other causes beyond Rinnai’s control.
